Brian Mason, PhD. BCBA-D, R.B.A. (Ont.) is a Behaviour Analyst, Researcher, and Manager of Special Education, Inclusion and Equity at Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board. Mr. Mason leads a multidisciplinary team in the assessment of students and the implementation of district-wide, classroom-based, and individualized strategies to support learning and student participation.  He also co-develops specialized programs for students with complex learning profiles who are not successful in regular classroom settings. Previously, Mr. Mason was a Clinical Coordinator in Autism Services at Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre. His current research interests include scalable behaviour analytic programs to improve student participation in schools, bullying prevention frameworks at the school and district levels, and approaches to improve academic and participation outcomes for students with FASD, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.
