Anna Alderson is a Board Certified (Assistant) Behaviour Analyst with over nine years of experience in the field of applied behaviour analysis. Anna has achieved an Advanced Diploma in Behavioural Science Technology from George Brown College, Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis – Autism from Capilano University where she was awarded the Governor General’s Bronze Medal for academic excellence. She is currently working towards her Master of Professional Education – ABA Degree at Western University. During her career, Anna has taken on roles including as Instructor Therapist, Intake/Parent Trainer and Clinical Project Manager supporting clients and families with intellectual/developmental disabilities and the clinicians delivering services. Anna is keenly interested in Organizational Behaviour Management and pursuing the utility of leveraging evidence-based behaviour analytic strategies and services in the workplace.
