Charles is a full time Master of Arts student in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) at Brock University. He has been working in the field of ABA in several capacities, most recently as a behaviour consultant/therapist in treatment programs for severe challenging behaviour in children, youth and adults with IDD, dual diagnosis, or struggling with their mental health. Charles is very interested in improving the quality of life of many groups of people through his work and research, which includes students. As the graduate representative at ONTABA, Charles hopes to continue championing students by creating meaningful opportunities for engagement and ensuring ONTABA continues to represent students in all their endeavors. Charles has volunteered with ONTABA and Brock University in student led initiatives including student conferences, professional development events, student wellness, peer mentorship and many more.
