Jordan O'Dell
Director-at-Large (DEI)
I am a graduate student in Brock University’s Master of Applied Disabilities Studies (MADS) degree with a specialization in applied behaviour analysis (ABA). I work in municipal recreation and my interests and pursuits in the ABA field include: a) the ethical application of ABA to teach socially relevant skills to neurodivergent and other disabled folks, b) using organizational behavior management (OBM) to train and manage performance of staff working in community recreation programs, and c) using ABA for transformative social change. With commitment to anti-oppressive and decolonial practice, I’m thrilled to continue advancing equity, social justice, and decolonization work within the field as a board member.
